Subject: Brady, James, Halkett, Absolum
Description: Clyde was interviewed on August 20, 1976 at Gull Lake, Saskatchewan. Sergeant Clyde Conrad of Gull Lake Detachment was the commanding officer of the La Ronge detachment in 1967 when Jim Brady and Absolum Halkett disappeared on a prospecting trip in the Foster Lake area of northern Saskatchewan. Sergeant Conrad headed the search party for the two men. The search lasted about three weeks and included air, canoe, and ground searches. No trace of the men's final fate was ever found.
